Crick, you are so right.  Food freedom is such a good feeling, and the  only way one can have it is to be free from cravings.   JF

Seeing my before and after pictures today just reminded me of how tired I was in that heavier body.  I was tired and achy.  The after picture is taken more up close than the before, but you can see how I have more energy and am standing so straight and tall.  The before picture I'm leaning against the wall and wanting to blend in.  Life is so much better when you feel healthy and have vitality.

I read an article today about inflammation that was very interesting.    Here is the link for anyone interested in it:

http://www.metabolismadvice.com/anti_inflammatory_food/

It went into how being overweight in itself causes inflammation.  It made sense to me having experienced the change that losing 50 lbs. made in how I feel in my body.

Thanks for sharing! I very much appreciate the encouragement you give! :rose:
The 45 lbs. I have lost and I still have inflammation  but I'd love to see how I feel with loosing the 30 more I need to loose. I'm sure curious!  ;)
I'm exercising more again also so that should help too. It did before!
Goal weight here I come!!
