You will be a lot better when you can drive, but be very careful no passing out at the wheel. Do you get warnings of it coming on? Glad you seem to be improving...

Jo,
When I was in middle school, I had a few pass out spells. One doctor said I was a diabetic. So I went on a diabetic diet. Not fun. My mother took me to another doctor for a second opinion. That doctor treated me for a kidney infection. I got an antibiotic and started feeling better. I can relate. I hope you are well soon. We need your optimism and steadfast spirit.

It has been 3+months since my last 'episode'!!! Yahoo!!

Dr. says it must be 6 months before i can drive , though (state law) so I was not happy when I heard that!!! So I have until June 3rd.  That's if I don't have any spells before then.  If I do, I start all over again.  I have been having lots of numbness and tingling and headaches but not passing out?!?!?!?! I just don't understand this.  Dr. increased migraine meds again in hopes of alleviating some of this. It's been less than a week...

Thank you so much for your kind words, thoughts and prayers friends, they are greatly appreciated.

I have gained a few of the 40+ pounds I lost back, due to bad eating habits, but I am slowly getting back on track.  Have no good excuses, just got lazy and slacked off eating whatever I wanted.  Lost my desire to be good, I guess, I don't know.

I guess when I want it bad enough again, I'll do it again.

Hugs and prayers to all

Here's to an episode-free next 3 months. you can do it!
Every LDL food you do it is something bad you aren't eating.
Now that I have dropped below my lowest weight, I have to say, "Nothing tasts as good as skinny feels."
My size large uniforms are getting pretty baggy.
Baggy clothes are a great motivator!

I am down to XL clothes for the most part so I am still seeing a change in my body.  I was in 2X!!!  I am still below 200 lbs, too!!

That will be my goal for now to stay below 200 and in an XL for now until I get my motivation back. I am being good for the most part and making 'better' choices than I could be.

Part of it might be that I was using some whey protein powder and exercising...and as we all know, muscle weighs more than fat.  So, we will see as time goes on...

Hey ya'll ... thought I'd get on here and give you an update on me.

Things have been super stressful here lately....not good at all...

The hubs and I are this close.......to getting a divorce and I am not handling it well...but I am the one close to walking out so....I just cannot live like this anymore, I wont go into details because that wont help anyone....

Since I do not really condone divorce at all, I am really not wanting this outcome but feel I have little choice....please pray about this situation...

BUT, thanks to all this stress, I am down 7 pounds! Almost back down to where I was with my original weight loss! ugh!!!

My health is somewhat improved, no passing out but my headaches have not gone away....

Hugs and Prayers

Sometimes life just doesn't live up to our expectations   :'(
Praying for a Godly resolution.
I am sure the headaches have to be stress related.
A garden of eden vacation would be so nice.
Someplace close to God and no stress.
We can all dream!

My thoughts are with you, Jo, during this difficult time.  Maybe your health problems have been stress-related.  Please get professional help (counselor, minister, therapist) before you give up on your marriage.  Pam

JO, I wish I had some words of wisdom for you, but only you know what you can live with and be happy. Pam, gave you some very good advice but even tho sometimes professionals can't help a problem if it can't be solved. Sometimes  best to cut your losses and move on...Wishing you the very best.

Jo,
I am so sorry you are going through such a difficult time right now.  I will pray for the situation.  Hang in there - I will also pray that those headaches go away.  You have done so well.

Sometimes we have to let go. Only you know what you have been going through. Some things don't change. If the situation is bad and you know it won't get any better, then you have to do what's best for you.

I don't like the fact that many marriages end in divorce, but they do. I went through this myself, trying my best to make things work, but it didn't help. I know I tried but I couldn't do it without him trying, too. He refused, so it was over.

That was several years ago, and I tell you...I've never been happier in my life. But this is your situation. You have to do what's right for everyone concerned.

You try, you pray, you talk it out; you seek Christian counsel and the Lord's will. If it still doesn't come together...  you leave.

Losing weight really helps you deal with the situation. Being thinner doesn't remove the problem....but it will strengthen your self esteem greatly to face the troubles ahead.

Prayers are with you.

Thank you so much for the kind words friends.  I have been praying and seeking God's will and I know that He will guide me .

I cannot change my husband and He will not change if he doesn't want to...that will determine what happens...This is not a spur of the moment things, we have been down this road many times, promises made and promises broken again and again...

Thank you for your prayers

Hugs and prayers
