I'm so sorry you haven't been feeling well.  *hug*  That was such a nice thing your friend did for you. It shows how much the people around you love and care about you.  *love*  We do too! I hope you start to feel much better really soon. Hopefully when you read this - it will have run it's course.

Hope it is not so cold that you can't get a little fresh air.

Hello Everybody. It's been so long since I showed up here that I don't know exactly where to start posting. Figured I'd start here.

Breakfast: oranges, water, oatmeal with raisins, coffee, tomato juice, Neurontin.

Lunch: lean beef, sour kraut, iced tea sweetened with Stevia, Neurontin, Dentyne chewing gum.

Snack: Handful of sunflower seeds, water. 
(I've been eating seeds, nuts, potatoes and some grains for awhile now. But I am ready to get back on LDL. Just want to use up the healthy-but-too-fatty food choices I have in the house.)

I'm headed out to eat supper now.

Wow I haven't seen THAT flag shirt in awhile. I need to look for it again. I know it is much too tight right now.  Hey Gwennie? are you still around? Remember that shirt?

It's nice to meet you EnJae. I read the story of the shirt in prior posts and it was great (I did wonder what happened to the shirt). It is inspiring to see people that have followed this plan in the past and are back again.  :)

Planned foods for the day:

Breakfast of cofee, blueberries and water
Lunch of grilled chicken breast and canned english peas, iced tea
Supper: various raw fruits and vegetables with water

I have been on the boards since 12/12/10 and that is also when I started keeping track of weight loss. I have really enjoyed the support from everyone on these boards.  :)

Glad I took the time to peek in today.  Soooooo good to see you back NJ!!  I just came back too and am still revving up to jump back on the caboose of this wonderful train.  Glad you're on board!

Whoo Baby! Here I am; startin' over. (Thanks Little Princess)

Ok.
Breakfast : water, canned peaches in juice, 1 cuppa black coffee.
Should have had a snack.
Lunch: buffalo style hot wings (10 bone-in fried wings), celery, 2 tbsp blue cheese dressing, "unsweet" tea sweetened with Stevia.
Decided to return to LDL.
SUPPER: last slice of a package of breakfast pork loin, can of black-eyed peas with snaps, last piece of Baby Bonbel sharp cheddar cheese, a tangerine & water.
