Hi Roger ... Question...

Is it possible to lose weight on this diet by eating ALL LDL foods whenever throughout the day?
For example, having meat with fruit and beans at all thee meals while snacking on other acceptable foods in between meals? Pretty much just cutting out ALL bad carbs like pasta, rice, bread, etc.
