Author believes we are put on this earth to have a chance to love The Lord. Other than that, we are here to help God bless as many other people as possible.

The answer is "probably, yes you can," but PLEASE don't start any eating plan without checking with your doctor first.  Having said that, please go to the Medical Success Stories section of these message boards.  You will see that many people with diabetes and thyroid problems have not only been successful on Let's Do Lunch, but they've eliminated the need for many of their medications!  It's amazing the various health benefits that Let's Do Lunch as given to so many of us.  Most patients have told us that their doctors have given them the "green light" to follow LDL provided they monitor their blood sugars and symptoms very closely, and they've been flabbergasted about the improved health in just a short period of time.  So please don't delay in asking your health care provider if you can begin your journey to better health and weight loss with LDL (Let's Do Lunch.)  What have you got to lose?

Welcome to this great way of eating.

Blessings,

Mary & friends.....
