I love lemon juice in my water and on fish, etc. I know lemons are fruit, of course, but they're not sweet. ( I don't care for fruit). In fact, if I could be assured that the enamel on my teeth wouldn't be damaged, I would eat lemons with salt quite often. But I guess all that sodium wouldn't be good, either! :stop:

I'll just use more lemon juice to marinate!

Be careful! You'll end up with Ceviche if you let the fish marinate too long unless, of course, you like it.

It's a very popular dish in Tampa (Latin restaurants)....served on lettuce with sweet potato, corn and avocado...definitely LDL friendly. :thumbsup:

I eat lemons and limes with Himalayan salt so I don't have to worry about the swelling afterwards. So far my dentist hasn't said anything to me about my enamel....and believe me, he would. *scyth*
