To have a long and prosperous life, we must eat healthy. Most of us think that only those food which we make in our home is healthy. However, nowadays restaurants and hotels also focus on providing healthy food. So we must be health conscious and search for such dining which provides us with healthy and delicious food.

This forum has always provided its members with information on how to eat out and what to look for on various restaurant menus.  But, it is still better to eat at home as often as possible. Not only because it is more cost effective but one always knows each ingredient that is used in preparing a meal.

There is no doubt that eats healthy live healthy.Now days we saw many person consists on fast,junk,oily foods,which are quite harmful for us internally as well as externally.We should eat healthy food like vegetables,fruits,beans,juices etc which makes us fit and active.Because without healthy live we can't enjoy the precious life and happiness movement of our life.

No doubt diet is major factor in maintaining physical and mental fitness. As we all know a healthy body important for healthy mind. So eating practice is basic for health. Eat preferably organic, avoid more use of junk foods. Drink more water instead of fizzy cold drinks.
