Is this acceptable for the LDL? the ingredients area: popcorn, sunflower oil, salt and black pepper.

Air popped is better but that works when you are traveling. You can buy the air popped corn with olive oil and sea salt too. The lightly salted or no salt will keep you from retaining as much water. I have even had movie popcorn occasionally and not had a weight gain but Roger suggests air popped corn. One half cup of popcorn makes a whole bowl and really satisfies your desire for snack food. Enjoy life!
