LETTUCE WRAPS FOR PROTEIN

That sounds really good. There are low carb wraps available almost everywhere now- Burger king, Subway, etc. Are these ok to eat? I don't know much about them, but everytime I try to tell people about let's do lunch, they say it sounds like Atkins. I try to explain that I am eating fruit which has carbs and some of the vegetables I eat has carbs too. Melissa
