Specifically I am requesting that some of the nurses and therapists on here give me some pointers for easing the tightness in my neck and back.
I know this is not a medical board.
Some of you have offered to suggest some exercises when I was ready for them. Please email me or send me personal messages.
Thank you;

Hey Enjae...Sorry to hear that you're still full of aches and pains. Do you get any of the exercise channels on TV? We have a yoga show that's on here in NY twice a day. Maybe you can flip thru your channels to see if there's something you can move along with at a good time of day for you or even tape it for when it's convenient? And lots of the video stores offer exercise/yoga tapes and DVDs for rental, too, as do some libraries. Good for when you only need something temporarily or when you just want to try stuff out before purchase. Just start off gently and slow and don't stress yourself. Feel better....NYKath

Hi NJ ...
I'm not a doctor or nurse, but I did some research for you, and found some sites that might help. I was going to try posting some of this, but most of the articles are too long, so I thought it might be better to just post the websites, and let you go read them as you have time. I hope this helps!
