does this still apply or a new update to a new LDL book?i want to stay ABSOLUTELY CURRENT with LDL!i love it!

This still applies.  I eat a lot of popcorn -- mostly as my last meal (around 6 pm) of the day.  Along with a big fruit smoothie this keeps me full until my breakfast the next morning around 9 am.
