i'm thinking about my walnut every other day...

Re: Small Choices, BIG Difference!
I never looked at it exactly from this perspective but it is so true, isn't it? I used to think I needed a little treat every day or I would surely perish! I found Let's Do Lunch on Ms. Rippey's Homekeepers show just as our newest member did, but it was a long time ago. I am thankful I saw Mary and Arthelene that day or I would be snacking my way into an early grave still. God Bless.

Ouch! I'm so glad you used latte instead of say...a very small dark chocolate truffle...which I suspect would be just as bad. And, now I am wondering if dh might have read this first because he brought me a half of a grapefruit tonight instead of the truffle like I had assumed he would since it was Valentine's Day. I really enjoyed the grapefruit and especially since I read this post:-) Those silly little truffles have been my one little "every once in a while" cheat but now I think I'll ask dh to bring the grapefruit everytime he wants to bring a truffle.
Thanks Mary!

This is an eye opener. I think I am going to stop giving up my occasional treats and see what happens. jimbob
