Can someone give a good example of a typical fruit flush day?
Thanks!

Re: Fruit Flush Question
I think the idea is to eat all the fruit and meatless soup you want, throughout the day. It is supposed to help you get back on track, if you start getting cravings again because you ate non LDL foods.

Re: Fruit Flush Question
SweetRose,
I usually have a smoothie (my favorite for this is watermelon/cantaloupe) or asparagus soup (a natural diuretic/detoxifier) about every three hours (when my tummy starts to rumble... ). I also drink a lot of water with sliced lemon.
