HI Roger,

Thanks for that tip. I have hypothyroidism so I am always looking for info like this. I remember when I posted about the concerns over the negative effects of soy products on thyroid function. It's amazing to me that our doctors don' t tell us these things esp when the thyroid is already compromised.

I have to watch my thyroid since I have nodules present.  Doesn't make things easy but with LDL, losing the weight is possible.

Thanks for posting this.  I have hypothyroidism and I have been avoiding eating broccoli because of this.  Now I know that as long as it isn't raw I am good to go.  Broccoli is one of my favorite veggies. *love*
