          Cauliflower Celery Cilantro
            Cole slaw in packages-pre-shredded, no dressing
              Corn-frozen kernels or whole corn on the cob in packages Cucumber

                  Edamame (young soybeans dry-roasted in pods)

                  RTW: I order this from Seapoint Farms "Sea Salt Dry Roasted Edmame" through amazon.com. I love the crunchy goodness-just like nuts! In my experience most people need a little crunchiness in their eating plan.
