great burgers

Great Burgers

Mix 1/2 ground beef with 1/2 ground turkey or gr chicken
Mash well about 1 cup of black beans -
optional - chopped green peppers , chopped onions

Make patties and season with garlic powder ,seasoned
salt or Ms Dash and crushed peppercorn .

Cook on med to low heat in skillet that has been rubbed
lightly with olive oil. Optional - add small amt of cheese.

These are so good ! Wrap in lettuce , add tomato and
dill pickles - Oh My ! So filling !
