How to post a weight loss ticker

If you are a returning member and your ticker is not showing, click on where your ticker is supposed to be or click on someone else's to get to Ticker Factory and log in if you still remember your log in and pin or create a new one
New Members: go to https://tickerfactory.com and set up a login and password. Be sure to write down your pin.
Once created, you will select message board URL. Copy and paste that URL into your profile signature
