Roger - I don't know, but I will go to the Simple Machines Website and see if there are any posts about this. Could it be that an inactive account "drops" after a certain amount of time? This is just a guess on my part....
I just went into our Admin section and checked the Members Page. There are approximately 2700 members. I've never looked at the number before now - do you know how many we had?
