I made these for the first time and for those of you who want an extremely fast, tasty, meal these are a must to try.
Makes: 6 servings
2 pkg. (17.6 oz. each) turkey breast cutlets, cut into 1-in. strips
4 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup salsa verde
12 romaine leaves
In a large bowl, combine oil, garlic salt and pepper. Add turkey strips and mix well. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey mixture; cook and stir 2-4 minutes until no longer pink. Stir in salsa; heat through. Serve in romaine leaves.
My husband and I were the only ones eating so I used one pkg. with 4 turkey cutlets and cut the strips into 1/2-in. strips. I also used half of the olive oil, garlic salt, pepper and salsa. Even so this amount filled 12 romaine leaves. For the salsa, I used Ortega Salsa Verde, Medium.

Re: Turkey Verde Lettuce Wraps
This is my kind of recipe! easy, fast and I can use turkey left overs! I love salsa verde. For a change, adding chopped tomatoes, onions and cilantro makes it a good turkey taco. I will definitely be putting this on my Left Over List for the Holidays.... Thanks for posting VickieLynn..
