Question about soup
I was wondering, if we have our protein at lunch, can we still have soup for dinner? I'm talking about the chili recipe (which I loved) and I want to try the chicken corn chowder. Or should we stick with soups without meat in it so we limit the protein to lunch? I want to stick to the plan, so please let me know! Thanks!

Re: Question about soup
Faithful,
Your lunch should have your heavy protein (meat, chicken, fish) and the rest of the time whether it be breakfast or dinner you should only have light protein (beans, eggs).
I hope this helps,
