Found this recipe in the Jenny Craig cookbook, Left out the sliced French baguette to make it LDL.
Olive oil flavored vegetable cooking spray
3 Tbsp minced fresh basil
2 Tbsp nonfat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 (6-1/8 oz) can 60% less salt tuna in water, drained
1/3 cup minced green onions
2 Tbsp minced sun-dried tomato
1 Tbsp chopped ripe olives
Combine basil, mayonnaise, yogurt, and garlic; stir well. Add tuna and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
Put on lettuce or corn thins and enjoy.
