I'm back!

Post by tthso52 »

I did so well with the WOE last Spring and I eventually fell off the train during the Summer.
I have been trying other diets since November.  I have exercised every day since Nov. 4th.
Coming up to 100 days straight exercise.  I am stronger and tighter, but the pounds are not coming
off the way they did when I did LDL.  So, today I decided to "Start Over" with the most fun and satifying
eating plan I ever tried.

Good for you, TTT- We have had many returning members of late.  LDL is so easy, so delicious, and so healthy.  You know it works for you, and you already have the exercise component under control.  I look forward to hearing about your progress.  Welcome back!  Pam

Welcome back.  You will find LDL is even easier now then it was when you were on it before.  Read thru the threads what Roger has been writing about how to eat all the healthy foods anytime when ever you are hungry.
You are fortunate to be already exercising that will make you lose alot faster.

It is my third day on plan and I am feeling great already!   No reason at all not to stick with this WOE.
It is easy and it works!  The best part is I can go out to lunch and stay on plan!  We go out to lunch
very often so this presents a problem on other diets.  I eat too much!  On this plan, there isn't too much food.  As long as I don't eat the bread, pasta, rice and sweets,  I can do this!
Thank you all for your support.

Got blood work back today.  All is well.  LDL cholesteral a little over normal.
This plan should be good for that, right?
I am looking forward to a good looking figure to go with my healthy body.
I am soon to be a 5 year Breast Cancer Survivor!  Yippee!!!!

Congratulations on your great blood work.  I also am so happy with my blood work from being on LDL.  My sister in law has been on LDL and had good blood work also that she attributes to LDL.

Terry, Congratulations on the blood work but most especially the 5 year cancer survivor!     I have many friends that have or are in remission from cancer and this woe will definitely be helpful.  Keep up the great work!  :rose:

*love*I had a set back on Valentine's Day.  It was a wonderful time & I am not going to dwell on it.  I am back on the train and doing my exercise.  Even did extra today.  So, onward and downward! *hug*

Congrats Terry for the cancer free success. That is so awesome. Best of luck on your new endeavor. I have come back also after having success last summer. I became frustrated when I traveled I had no fruit handy, so I ate the bad stuff. Now I'm back to feel better, lose weight and to feel less allergies symptoms. Wish me luck. I'm going on a trip tomorrow for a week. So far I've been skipping the sweets, bread, most pasta, rice etc. I made lasagna so I did have some of that.

Yesterday was hard again.  We didn't get to have lunch because of business.  And then FREE pizza and wings got thrown at us at Happy Hour!!!!
The key word is FREE.  I am a sucker for a bargain.  Not such a bargain for my body though.
Of course then I felt that I had to order a real drink!  Duh.....
Note to self....Can't go to that place during Happy Hour!
