If I made this, I think I would use the Greek Yogurt onstead of whipped topping (OtherwiseKnownAs Coolwhip).
Still an occassional treat but much healthier than cake with butter cream icing.
Might be something you could fix and take to a picnic so that you would not be tempted by regular cakes, pies and cookies that might be there. Sure looks pretty anyway.
