I'm not having any luck with the corn thins in my area..northern Indiana, however, I found a product that sounds LDL friendly. What do you think? they are about the size of a small taco shell and very crispy.
Found in the Mexican section of a save-a-lot
Charras
jalapeno, tostada
Ingredients:
corn flour, vegetable oil, (contains one or more of the following: cotton oil, palm oil, soybean oil), jalapeno peppers, salt, citric acid, onion, oregano, garlic and yellow #5.
serving size 3 pieces
Calories: think it says 189...hard to read...
fat: 9 gr.
sat. fat 4 gr
cholesterol 0 gr.
cargohydrate 25gr.
fiber 0 gram
sugar 0 gram
I melted a slice of the veggie jalapeno cheese on 1 in the micro it was awesome! 1 or 2 would really fill you up.
What do you think "deal or no deal?"
Thanks in advance for the help.

Re: new product
Hi Pat, I am near south bend and I called Harmony Market 574-273-4026 and they say they have the recommended corn thins. I hope to get over there the 1st of the week. Hope this helps.
Praise God for LDL
