Can we have conr on the cob niblets everyda?

if you are talking about the niblets in the can, you can have them everyday IF there is no added sugar. just check the ingredients. you can have all the corn you want every day on LDL. i eat corn on the cob daily and tons of popcorn. not to mention Corn Thins!! enjoy!!
