dried fruit
Can we have dried fruit? I love dried bananas.

The quick answer is "Yes".
BUT please note two possible detractions:
1) If you do not dry them yourself you must check the ingredients list for sugar and hidden sugars -- sugar, organic sugar, maltodextrose, sucrose, high fructose corn syrup, chrystalized cane juice, etc.
and
2) As you are eating them keep in mind that you can fit A LOT more dried fruit into your stomach than fresh fruit. Be careful that you don't over-do. [Food for thought: look at a little box of raisins. Easy to ingest; but stop a moment and count them. Could you eat that many fresh grapes at one sitting?]
With this information you can make your own determination.
I was hungry for grapes last night but had none, so I ate a small box of raisins and drank some water. (My raisin box is "Net Wt 1 1/2 oz (42.5g)
