I'm new to this diet. For the past 4 weeks i've tried atkins, low-fat, low-calorie and many other diets. This seems to be the only one i can stick with, becuase i love fruit! I have a few questions:
1. For breakfast, is no-sugar added bown sugar flavor oatmeal okay? i add appleasuace and strawberries to sweeten it.
2. Is dried fruit okay? i have been eating alot of died fruit trail-mix with dried bananas, cranberries, papaya, pineapple and nuts. It fills me up more than anything, and cures my craveings for sweets.
I'm new, with a few questions:
