Acceptable Sweeteners

Post by phenixk »

Hi, I am brand new to LDL.  I absolutely dislike Stevia and related sweeteners.  I am awaiting my book - just ordered it yesterday.  I have to go shopping for food today and I don't want to get anything I shouldn't.  Can anyone provide me with a list of good sweeteners?  I would very much appreciate the help!  Thanks in advance!

We have our own pure maple syrup so I'm inclined to use that buy I'm hearing it's not recommended either - maybe in very small amounts? My favorite is Splenda. Good Luck, God Bless and WELCOME, Eljayne :rose:
