I'm not 100% sure, but somehow, I got the impression that R M stood for the initials of the person who created the recipe. Yes? No? Anyone? I do know 100% that it's deeeeelish!

PS: heretotheend if you like sloppy joe's you'll want to make this one.

OH! I always though it meant "Real Meals Made Right"! It never occurred to me that RM was like RT or NJ...

Re: R.M.'s Made Right
Hi, I'm a newbie. Just started today. I noticed my energy level was better today. I didn't have that crash I usually get in the afternoon. My question, where is this recipe, in the book?

Hi, Gram! Welcome
This recipe is in the book, which you'll certainly want to buy if you haven't already. You can also find it in this thread: http://www.letsdolunch.com/boards/index ... 22.0
Scroll down into Gwen's post with menus and recipes, and you'll find it there.
This recipe contains canned tomato soup and bottled chili sauce, neither of which you'd want to eat a lot of (sorry...no sitting down to a big bowl of Campbell's tomato soup) but since they're part of a recipe, you aren't eating much of the not-so-desireable ingredients.
I haven't tried that recipe yet...I've got some of the ingredients, but when I was buying them, the silly grocery store didn't have any canned pumpkin. Other recipes have been keeping me happy, but I'll get to that one eventually.
