In reading over some postings on the bulletin board, I noticed soy nuts were mentioned several times. I went to the store today to buy some - they were just plain soy nuts, they may have had salt on them. But my question is about the saturated fat they have. Is is ok to eat soy nuts as a snack seeing as they have saturated fat?? If so, how often can one eat them?
