Bludaffodil's One Year LDL Anniversary---down 81 pounds

Post by bludaffodil »

Oops.......I almost forgot today was my one year LDL Anniversary!!!

I am so-o-o-o-o glad that my friend told me about LDL......I started eating this
way the very next day.  (I was thrilled that I could eat all the fruits and vegetables that
I wanted and all the popcorn that I wanted and still lose weight.)

It has been a great ride......I have lost 81 pounds so far......while eating until
full at all of my meals.  Totally amazing!    :)

I still have around 60 pounds to lose before I reach my goal, but know beyond
a shadow of a doubt that I will get there eating the LDL way.

(BTW I was so happy to be in a size 16 dress for my daughter's wedding this past weekend
and not look like a whale in all of the wedding pictures.)

I LOVE LDL!!!

Way to go girl, I hope you are a girl, wearing the dress and all at the wedding :).  Post some pictures, down 81 pounds!!  You know they are worth a thousand words.  Send some to the man with the plan, Roger Troy Wilson too.

Doesn't it feel great to be in control of this part of your life and to be feeling so much better to.  Keep it up, sounds like you are doing great.

Loosing 81lbs it was like you were holding a 10 yr old were ever you went.  You have got to be feeling better, I am so happy for you.

That is just an unbelievable amount of weight to lose, all while eating until full!  Great job, and imagine where you will be this time next year!      ck

Thanks everyone!  :rose:

I am thrilled with this WOE.......can't wait to get
the final 60 pounds off!!!  (60 pounds to lose sounds so much
better than the 140 pounds a year ago)  ;)  :D

Good luck to everyone on your LDL journey!

Kathy, Congratulations.  You have done so well.  LDL is the way to lose weight without being hungry.  The  best part is that we haven't  been on a diet, so we won't regain.  Keep up the good work, and keep us all informed.    and  :D  Joyful Friend

Thanks everyone for the congratulations.....  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:

I absolutely LOVE LDL.....so the journey has been easy for the most part......there
have been a few "bumps in the road" but as many people have
said.....it is so easy to get right back on track eating the LDL way.

I want to wish continued success for each of you.
