Ohio Area Luncheon

For those who want to meet other LDLunchers, we are going to meet for lunch in Columbus on Saturday, October 16.  Restaurant to be determined (by Ollie I hope).  So far Joyful Friend, Ollie, Country Girl, and I are attending.  I hope Tim will be there and many others.  Katie?  How about you.  Anyone near the OH/MI border could share a ride with me.  Who else is in???  This will be fun to finally meet our online fellow LDL friends.  So, if you can participate, please let me know.  Let's make it happen!  Pam

This restaurant is about an hour north of Columbus and is just South of Mansfield on I71. Easy to find on St Rt 97.

I don't think that was the name of it then, but sounds like the half-way point between Columbus and Barberton. Seems like it was a truck stop at that time. When I was in Nursing School I would ride with classmates to Mansfield and my parents would meet us there at the Bellview exit to get me home on weekends and breaks! I would love to join y'all if I could. Troyers makes absolutely the best Trail Bologna. But alas it is highly processed meat. When we lived in Ohio, we ate at a Mennonite restaurant in Amish country near Heartville/Uniontown. The food was soooo good. Anyone who has not been there will not be disappointed. Wish I could talk some of my family and friends into going. Have fun and post pictures please!!

When I ate there earlier this summer I had a wonderful salad bar and some delicious roasted turkey. Very good eating!!
