My mom just called and told me about your book and it sounds almost too good to be true!
We are both planning to buy a copy and get started today.
I am curious about a few things before I begin. I workout 6 days a week and eat a very balanced diet but can't seem to lose weight. What is special about this diet and why does it work when all others have failed?
Is the weight loss just a result of a reduction in calories? If you are only eating fruit for breakfast and dinner you are effectively eliminating at least 1/4 of the calories you would normally consume, even if you have a GIANT lunch. I also noticed that aside from corn there are not any carbohydrates listed so is it something like a low-fat version of Atkins?
