Have you tried sending her a personal message? That may work.

Hi Yoyo- Patns has not posted for awhile, but she does check the boards.

Once you have posted 10X, I believe you will be able to send her a message! :)

You have to post 10 times before it will work. You only have 2 to go send me some posts you don't really have to say anything and get it up to 10. Then you can send Cameron a message she lives in Canada. You will love her.

I have responded to Gisela. I gave up on LDL when I stalled forever. I went to higher protein but that didn't help either. So maybe this is a sign from above that I need to get back to LDL as I totally love the food.

We have had a brutal winter in Edmonton. That and an incdedible work load have kept me from exercising.

Cameron, when you come  "east" this summer, I'd love to meet up and maybe Gisela will join us.

I really need to get my act together, I'll look at recipes on here again.

Patns,
I stalled all winter for the second year in a row but have started slowly loosing again.
Stress and lack of exercise has done me in also.
But stalling sure beats gaining!
Hang in there!

Patns- Great to see your post.  I know how you have felt.  I've been stalled, too.  My friend lost all her weight on WW, but watching her weigh and measure everything, obsess about counting points, exercise obsessively, and generally just devote all her energy to maintaining the weight loss by denial and exercise, I just couldn't do it.  This may be slow for some of us, but as Linda says "stalling sure beats gaining."  I hope you'll give LDL another chance.  Pam
