Hi Kris.. hmm never thought of any difference in the Vicks.. The over the counter drugs is a good thing in the US.. The chewable Imodium for example.. lots of things we don't get here.. I have been over there with very bad indigestion and found excellent products that I cannot find here.. I buy most of my supplements over there etc.. as there is no tax on them either and here there is..  Guess it depends on what one is buying.. I find for my needs they are stronger over there.... will do some label reading..and comparison..
