Hey People,

Just wanted to stop in and say hello.  My divorce was final in november and my life has been steadily improving since then.    I'm still not working fulltime but I am getting more hours at my job.  I'm working on building my business and also on my art.  I am not 100% back on LDL but I'm hitting the mark about 80% of the time now.  BIG improvement for me.  I am going to be popping in more often.  I miss you guys!  Just wanted to let you all the depression is gone and I'm back to loving me.

Seeing the light at the end of a dark time in your life is such an uplifter.
Decreasing stress will definitely help with LDL.
