Snacking In The Evening

My husband likes to snack late in the evening, He used to eat chips..he craves salty items at night. When popcorn doesnt satisfy him is it ok to eat a bowl of beans? He ate them last night and it did not seem to bother him...he still lost weight. I know it is better than chips!!Thanks,

Thanks Roger Troy...I looked at Walmart and was unable to find the soy nuts...Are they typically with the peanuts,cashews etc

Thanks Mary I will try again to find the soy nuts...I told my husband several months ago if there was a popcorn diet he would be in business!!! Popcorn has always been a nightly snack, and most diets have frowned upon it...so he is just thrilled!! But he does miss cashews so I will keep searching..Thanks again
