Soynut Flour

Post by xinamac »

I wanted to ask your opinion on soynut flour. Is it something we can have, and if so, does anyone have any suggestions on what to use it in? I was thinking along the lines of maybe a pizza dough, it would be a rather flat pizza dough, but it might be tasty as it's supposed to have a nutty flavour. Let me know what you think.

My husband and I have been on LDL since January this year and we are still losing wight steadily, this is an amazing way of eating! When we get to our target weights, I will post our success story on the testimonials.

Best wishes to everyone.

hi xinamax....nice to see you on the boards....the problem with flours made from allowable foods is where they're ground and the risk of having grains that are not allowable mix with them...you can use cornmeal from lamb's grist mill(iIN TEXAS)with confidence that there is nothing else mixed in...........BUT,if you're craving PIZZA,look for mary's classic pizza soup recipe on the boards......IT'S GREAT....and it'll knock that craving down to size......BIG TIME.......and you can eat it unitl satisfied....a wonderful plus............niki
