Good for you, Linda  It goes to show that perserverence pays in breaking a plateau -- one just has to believe in LDL to achieve success on weight loss.

Congratulations Linda!  I am so happy for you!   I really needed to see this today as the last 2 weeks of health issues and life situations I was unable to eat pure LDL like I have been and put on 5 lbs.  *scyth*  Some situations were able to go back to normal and I began pure LDL yesterday so am back down 2.   Thanks for always being our very own LDL Cheerleader!  *hug*

Linda, i just noticed your post about your weight loss , very exciting, especially after a long plateau!!

Mylifefor him, isn't wonderful that when we have those "life situations"( and we all do), that we can get right back on the wagon and continue our LDL journey!

Wither,
Basically I have been eating alot less.
Staying busy with the grandkids and not having the stress at work I think helped.
I was not pure LDL on the road (Had a few bites of DH's Subway sand, ate some trail mix-nuts and raisens, and some breaded fried fish and chicken on the way home, and some cake and icecream from grandson's birthday). That is why I was so shocked that I had actually lost so much. Maybe it is just the time of year......I remember starting to loose this time last year after a 5 month plateau. I am motvated now to stay pure LDL now that I am home and finally make it to the 160's and hopefully on to the 150's before summer is over!

LINDA, FOR ME EATING LESS ALWAYS HELPS TOO. WHEN I DO THAT I CAN LOOSE. GOING TO CUT DOWN AGAIN TOMORROW ,GETTING TIRED OF STAYING THE SAME. BEEN THAT WAY TOO LONG. AND I HAVE TO CUT WAY BACK ON THE FRUIT BECAUSE OF YEAST, NOT GOOD FOR ME.

I talked with someone who had cut back on fruit and began to lose weight again, Wither.

Lucky for me, fruit is something that I'll never overeat. Not because I'm "good" *evil*. Only because I don't care for fruit!

Well, maybe sweet cold watermelon in the summertime when I'm thirsty! :)

RT, that is so right about the fruit...I learned the hard way. Maybe others won't have too.
Once you get that stuff  { yeast } it's SO hard to get rid of.

Didn't post last week as I had gained back 4 lbs going back to work.
Still maintaining this week at 175.
I put the Detox soup on last night. Sipping on it this morning. Definitely a different taste.
May have overdone the ceyanne and cloves. Will post how it works for me later this week.
Think I will do a "soup flush" (will leave out the fruit of the fruit and soup flush) on Mondays.

Since the caboose has lost it's conductor  it seems to have become a ghost train going no where without people. Kinda sad it was fun, I know I jumped off for a while got tired of posting no loss. If someone gets on board to keep me company I will board again, don't want to be lonely. Any thoughts about the train?
