Guess we don't have much of a choice..huh... Good thing I love my soups...Oh, and now canned pumpkin is finally available so I will be trying all the good recipes with that. Yay!

We still have good watermelons. And they are about $5 each. I always pick the biggest ones. I usaully buy 2 a week. Keep it in a container in the frig cut up and ready to eat. I will for sure miss them when they are gone.

we still have cantaloupe and watermelon in Avon Park Fl always find it at Publix,the have good grapes too hugs Karn

We still have good melons in N Florida too. Bought one just this week and it was so sweet and juicy. I love watermelon and strawberries mixed up in a smoothie. It keeps summer alive a little longer.

My DH just brought in 2 watermelons he found growing in the sweet potato patch and stole some cantalopes out of his brothers patch. They are small but tasty. We are starting to get cold at night so that will be the end of the fresh stuff. He also brought in fresh cucumbers.

Have to report a 1 lb gain this week. I was bad girl Friday and paid for it with a fruit feeding frenzy on Saturday. I was up even more than this, but was a good girl on Sunday so am happy right now it is only one pound. I am home this whole week so I can really work on a loss for next week.

Hi.. am at Moms about an hour and half from home this week.. She is not well and I am off track with LDL>. No weigh in but I am sure I have gained. I will let you know next Monday morning. Sorry for the delay. I did get a walk in tonight and hopefully will have a better attitude tomorrow morning..Love to all and congrats to all of you loosers!!!
