oh, Ollie, I am so sorry. Ron seemed to be such a giving man and will be missed by so many in your community and our world (I see he built homes in Louisiana, I would guess after Hurricane Katrina. Thank you for giving to those hurting in my area. ) -- but most of all by you, I know, so you will be in my prayers. I pray the Lord comfort you in your sorrow, and am certain He will, because He promises to do this. I pray that He lead you through this transition to a new season of life. We all love you and are hurting for you.

Dear Ollie, I am so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. It was a beautiful tribute to him. He was the same age as Neil. Losing your life mate is a tough thing to endure, but it does get a little easier with time.
I want to share something that has helped me get through the hundreds of times I thought of something I wanted to ask him or tell him. The Lord showed me that I CAN still ask or tell him anything. I find a quiet place to sit and share my thoughts, then wait quietly for his answer. It helps ease the loneliness. It is comforting to believe that even though your physical connection has ended, your spiritual connection endures.
