I'm Baaaacccck!

I started back yesterday and I wanted to let everyone know. Yes, I gained weight- didn't gain it all back- but I was heading there!
I have been lurking here for months, getting ready to restart. I feel that I know each one of you- such great support given! I'm really excited about the LDL WOE.
I've missed posting and talking with you all. Glad I'm back!

You know from before what to do so welcome back and have fun making these delicious
recipes and eating all the great foods available.

Welcome Back Sweetrose. I've been off the boards a lot lately due to work schedule etc. even now am snatching just a few moments at work to check out the message boards. Know you will do great just as you did before.

Yummmmmmm,
I whipped up a big pot of taco soup when I got home tonight.
As soon as DH gets in from feeding animals and gathering the eggs, we will dive in!
