Thanks everyone for ALL the birthday wishes. It's been so nice meeting all of you on the boards this pasted year. Since Jan.2nd of 2010 I have seen all your scales go down and some reach goal. How fun sharing our experiences a long the way. Looking forward to meeting more of you!

I don't know about looking younger. But I sure feel younger. I tried some clothes on in my closet yesterday that I thought would NEVER fit. They were too cute to part with, and when I bought them I thought they looked like they would fit. But guess what they ALL FIT TO MY SURPRISE. That's A GREAT BIRTHDAY GIFT.
and Sweetrose let me say personally how happy I am you are back! You are a great addition to the boards....I love your picture too. Hope you reach all your goals you are looking for this year. I know you can. Keep us posted along your jounery. And THANKS again everyone for all the birthday wishes, you all are so nice!

Having smaller clothes fit is the best birthday present of all! 
Thx, Wither, for the warm welcome back. I do hope that this is my year to reach goal~ it shoud be! With the possible approved additions to the already great LDL WOE, it should even be easier, I'm thinking. And it really helped that Roger said that eating sugar-free dried fruit was OK. Some of you know that I'm not a big fan of regular fruit. Can only eat it when I'm thirsty! I know, really weird! 
But there you have it.
So here's hoping these 40 pounds will make their permanant exit in 2011!
