I have to share this with all of my LDL friends. Tonight an old high school friend of mine and myself reconnected via facebook. She sent me a picture of us in our senior year in high school. It was special for a few reasons. I had lost all of my photo albums during a move several years ago. So my boys even though they saw those albums many times when they were younger did not remember how much thinner I was. My older son saw it and commented wow mom you were hot back in the day! I laughed but then I started reflecting that my friend has no idea how much weight I gained, my posted picture on facebook is the one I have posted here. She also has no idea that I started LDL and that Im committed to loosing this weight. Now of course she looks the same as she did 30 years ago! I thought the timing was priceless and more proof that God brings us what we need when we need it!
I was feeling a little blue my mom passed away 18 years ago today so I really needed that time capsule picture to lift my spirits!
