I just watched your segment on Talk of the Town and plan on looking for the book as well.I hope they don't all sell out with all the upcoming exposure.This diet looks like it has major potential and I look forward to starting it and posting updates!Perfect timing as well because I tend to eat more and gain weight moe so in the Fall and Winter months!

Hi Heidi. I just saw it on Talk of the Town also and I hope this is the answer for me. I am only 38 but I have debilitating illnesses that stopped me from working about 5yrs. ago. I am about 120lbs. overweight and I pray that this can finally be the answer.
