I just saw OUR FRIEND- MR. ROGER TROY WILSON!! ON TALK OF THE TOWN!!! I am going to watch this show again ON CHANNEl 50 at 6 pm...I really am Thankful for having all this wonderful Blessings coming my way....I also want to say, MR. ROGER, I heard you say, you have been married for 50 years?...WOW, you look GREAT and I never can tell how old a Person is...Thank GOD for you, and for your service on here to all people....God Bless You too., 
My youngest is 19 months old. I had to have an emergency c-section with him and 3 months later I had to have my gall bladder removed. I have since had one other surgery (personal) and lets just say I wont be having anymore children. It has taken a while, but my body has finally healed to the point where I (and my doctor) think its time for me to lose weight. What I like about the program that I heard Mr. Wilson speak about on the Talk of the Town show on channel 5, is that exercise is not the main part of losing weight. I have a hard time with strenuous activities due to the trauma my body has endured over the past 19 months, so this sounds like it might actually work. I will purchase the book after my oldest childs birthday (Sept. 22) because he is having his first really big birthday party and it will most likely get expensive. I cant wait to get started and I certainly cannot wait for results!!!! Wish me luck! I will need it. I will post updates on my weight loss every chance I get.
