Let's Do Lunch Community

Hello, I saw the author on Talk of the Town today in Nashville and yesterday on WSMV. When I first heard him, I thought, too good to be true. If I eat all that I'll be even fatter. Today, I have been so depressed over my weight and this morning I prayed and asked God which route He wanted me to take. I was doing Weight Watchers but I never can stick to it. When I saw this again today on TOTT, and then found this website, I'm hoping this is what God is trying to show me (the route He wants me to take).
Do I have to order the book or can I find it in a bookstore such as Books A Million?

Mary, thank you so much for the encouraging words. I need to lose about 60lbs. I love fruits and veggies but I am concerned about eating so much fruit for breakfast. I have hypoglycemia and sometimes eating only fruit for breakfast makes my blood sugar go haywire. I will try it though. Can I have a boiled egg for breakfast for protein?
