Can I have potatoes, I guess I can cause Troy gave a recipe for some; I feel so full after having a potato and lean meat with tomatoes and vegetables!! I hope that's okay since no one has answered my postings and I haven't got my book yet!??

Thanks Roger, I won't eat them everyday but just to know you could have one, say once a week, is great!
