Hello Roger. I heard you quite by accident on the radio this morning. WERE 1300, the Morey Feren Show. It sounds like you really have found a way to beat this obesity thing. I'm going to try it. The book's coming from the library in a few days. Roger, to help everyone on these boards, you should post your media appearances as to when/where, etc. This way more of us can listen either directly on the radio, satellite, or on-line, as many radio outlets have on-line listening features @ their web page.
