Nothing yet...Book..

I am SAD..I have not received LDL..YET..I know I must wanted the BOOK and all out..as more being published...Roger, IS there any CLUE to when it will be here? over 2 weeks almost 3 weeks..I am patient, but...... I know I am not eating the right way..I do eat bananas in the morning..but I get hungry by 12-noon..and I use to be a huge eater-wrong kinds of foods..LIKE a FIXX.-lol.....I Pray it will get here so I can follow it Exactly..God Bless You...Roger & family, Willa- Hendersonville, Tn

I got my book yesterday (Friday). I put a post on here earlier this morning. It took 3 weeks for me also. I "muddled" through the same as you have been. I asked a 100 questions and read the posts over and over to try and get an idea on how to eat. In the book I read you are suppose to be starving at noon. I am so hungry by then as you are that my husband knows to get out of my way! I have got to eat! Then as it states I am just not that hungry at dinner time.

Hi Roger, I did not get it of Mon Oct 10-05 I want to get this book sooo BAD..I really Am Dire Need of God's Blessing as You have said before.I have suffered the depression and I am Praying that the LDL will BE MY DIVINE INTERVENTION to HElp me get this extra weight off of me for good! I know my self-esteem is all time LOWEST!.. Roger knows JUST what IT FEELS to have despair, and wanting to die...I have asked Heavenly FAther for a MIRACLE for me to HElp me with THIS depression, No meds can compare to a MIRACLE..and I ask for Prayers from Roger, if you will....Thanks so much for your Caring soul..
